Mr.CBB's Weekly Blog Post Picks

Well I’m happy it’s Friday which means I get to share with you my blog post picks of the week. No you won’t find US Election or Fiscal Cliff political chit-chat going on in here but it’s over and the newly re-elected Obama will lead the way yet again for the USA.  I would like to say despite this weeks presidential battle there were some great blog post coming in from all different directions. Lately, I’ve aimed to reach out to new Bloggers each week as it’s always nice to build your circle of friends.

This weeks post will be short and likely come to you later in the evening as I’ve been on vacation for a couple of days now so I’m trying to get a million things done at once. Gosh that almost sounded as if I was saying I was multi-tasking, not! So as I endure the pain of the upcoming week, next Friday to be exact Nov 16 sitting in a movie theatre watching Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 please think of me. I can promise you I’ll be mind-blogging the entire movie.

Let’s take a moment to remember those brave soldiers that fought for us this weekend on Remembrance Day, Sunday November 11,2012.

  1. I want a brownie SO bad it’s not even funny. You are a good man for seeing Twilight with your wife but should you chose not to, fly me to ON and I will gladly accompany her. It’s my dirty little secret. Team Edward! haha. Great list, I’ll check the ones out I haven’t already. Enjoy your long weekend!

    • So far 3 PF bloggers want my brownies. You know it was the first sweet recipe of mine I posted and the fans on FB went mad for it. I even had a few fans try out my brownies and Cowboy Quickies and post piccies of their kids eating them on my page.. I love that!! Awesome fans I have.. I truly do! Mr.CBB

Thanks so much for the mention Mr. CBB…and the top spot at that! :) Those brownies look freeking awesome by the way. If somehow I could get one “out of the computer” and here at our table. You’re a braver man than me seeing that movie btw. Hope you have a great few days off!

    • Thanks John, I’ve had to endure them all so I might as well watch the final one since I’ve seen the rest. Besides nothing better than spending your time in a theatre of ladies all hot after Pattinson.. once I start talking they look at me like I’m their hero hahahahah…oh, I love your accent. Can’t help it if the ladies dig it… Mrs.CBB just laughs… thinks it’s cute. Anyhow mate.. enough about me … have a good one.

  3. Thanks for the mention. The brownies look delicious.

  4. Haha – Mr. PoP just requested that I bake brownies tomorrow =)

Thanks for including us Mr. CBB. Have a great weekend!

  5. That’s a HUGE list of posts! Thanks for including me near the top (i’m going to assume being at number 2 means it was the 2nd best) ;)

Also thank you so much for sharing my posts on your Facebook page – I really appreciate it!

  6. That’s a lotta love Mr. CBB. Thanks for including me. I think you are secretly a Twihard!

    • Would you blame me, I’ve had to endure all the movies. It’s like handing me the chocolate bar, letting me smell it, lick it, bite it and take it away from me.. I want to know what happens to BELLA!!!! haha

  7. Hahaha, I hope you have exceptional memory to get your mind-post saved for the real deal as you mind-blog during the movie :) I feel for your pain! Glad you liked my silly fiscal cliff post. I was hesitating whether I should write on the subject as its rather political in nature and people generally don’t like politics… but after hearing a person I know talking about losing their job soon I had to write about it.

Have a great weekend (pretend you’re watching Lord of the Rings or something) lol.

    • Hey Veronica,
I don’t mind politics and religion at all because my opinion is my own and I don’t get into silly arguments on what’s right and wrong. I’ll come back with a full on review of the movie you watch hahaha.

  8. Ooey-gooey brownies and Twilight in the same post? I am stuck in totally frivolous but fun heaven. What a treat, Mr. CBB. Thank you for the inclusion, it is truly appreciated. You manage to compile the best reading lists. I may have to stay awhile…with the brownies, to help me through all of this reading.

  9. Those brownies look delicious. I hope you enjoy the movie, although I couldn’t even make it through the first one.
Thanks for the mention and enjoy your weekend.

  10. Thank you so much for mentioning us!

  11. Thanks for the mention!

  12. Thanks for the mention! First time at your blog and I like it! Let me know if there’s a particular article you’d like us to mention in the Fearless Men round-up. Thanks again!

  13. Yummy pic! Thanks for the mention, always happy to see the link as part of your roundup.

    Cheers,
    Mark

  14. Thanks for the mention! You have A LOT of lists! :) Can’t wait to see the finished bathroom. I love spa-like bathrooms!

  15. Wow…do you really read all of those posts? How in the world do you have time for it all??

  16. Thanks for sharing my post. Hope you were able to have a productive weekend. After watching Twilight later this week you should immediately go watch Skyfall to help you feel manly again :0)
