  1. I bought my first 2 houses at the same time when I was 27 years old. I had just finished my college in the United States. Life was not towering, as you had mentioned it. A lot of jealousy at work and my degrees didn’t take me far in spite of what I had done for my employer. However, I am resourceful and find other means to build my wealth. I had to hold a few jobs, as many as 5 jobs at the same time for a few years. For the next few years, I bought 6 more properties and all my 8 properties were paid in full within the years I bought my first 2 houses. Like you, I traveled a lot and this is my reward. We had to take good care of ourselves and the hard work could work against our health. It is nice that you share your experience with other people: It is motivating and inspiring. I believe sharing this experience will empower others. You have done it, they can do it too! With this intention, I would like to share my experience through my blog: . We might have done it a bit differently but we have reached the same result: A sense of achievement and the satisfactions that came with it. It is a very good feeling.

  2. Hi Mr. CBB,
A friend sent me this link. I thought that in the spirit of holiday joy, your readers might enjoy this reminder that we DO NOT need to have the most expensive toys to experience the beauty open to those who seek it in the simple things in life. I hope you enjoy it.

    Cheers,

    Donna R.
