Cheddar Chive Biscuits

A TASTE OF FRESHNESS   If you are a fan of cheddar cheese biscuits you must try my cheddar chive biscuits which takes the taste up one notch in flavour. I don’t know about you guys but I love cheese and so does the rest of the family. We often buy cheese when it’s on sale and freeze it so we always have cheese in the house especially for cooking. Adding cheese to biscuits seems like a natural thing to do but you can turn any plain biscuit into something magical in your mouth with a host of flavours sweet or savoury. My garden is now in full bloom with my veggies growing at extra speed with all this rain we’ve been getting. My chives have done exceptionally well considering I’ve left them out all winter long. Mind you it’s pretty hard to kill chives, spring onions and garlic. I have already cut them about 3 times and they continue to produce for me. Mr.CBB’s Crock-Pot Pulled Pork With Homemade BBQ Sauce

Coming up with an easy pulled pork recipe for the crock-pot was simpler than I thought. Crock-pot cooking (also known as a slow cooker) is the next best thing to having a chef in the house who cooks for you while you are not around. Easy crock-pot recipes are showing up on the web and in cook books all over the world and for good reason. It’s the set it and forget it aspect of the crock-pot that is alluring to men and women who want to cook a hearty home cooked meal but don’t have the time to be in the kitchen for hours on end. My good Blogger friend Aunt B posted this easy recipe for Walnut and White Cheddar Biscuits  that I thought would be perfect for my pulled pork sandwich. I had tried it first with egg and ham in the middle and that is when I thought I might as well try it with pulled pork.
