LEAVING THE SAVINGS   While standing in line to get groceries the other day the lady in front of us had a product scan in higher than the shelf price. For all you savvy Canadian shoppers you know that most grocery stores follow The Scanning Code of Practice (SCOP). That meant that she could have gotten the product that scanned in higher FREE up to $10. When she told the cashier that the product was cheaper the cashier needed to check the price.
