I’m a huge sandwich lover so when my wife suggested we make a roasted red pepper sandwich stuffed with triple brie, ham and a pesto mayo I was up for her sandwich spread idea. My wife is one of those people who comes up with odd mixes of food but I always taste everything. The last sandwich I tested that she told me was amazing turned out to be peanut butter and banana with honey which I wasn’t a huge fan of.
