Chunky Monkey Chocolate Chip Banana Brownies

WE’RE GOING BANANAS BAKING CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BROWNIES!   All you’ll need to make these moist chunky monkey chocolate chip banana brownies are two beautifully ripe bananas. There always seems to be extra bananas in our house that have passed their perfectly ripe point which means we add it to our banana freezer stash. Most of you probably do the same, right? These chocolate chip banana brownies are a balanced blend of a cake-like fudgy brownie texture throughout the pan. To be honest these are the perfect sweet snack to make and they are inexpensive. They are comparable to banana bread bars loaded with chocolate chips but I’ve added a secret ingredient, Greek Yogurt. Bonus, if you’re a fan of peanut butter you can add some of that in to make a chocolate chip peanut butter banana sandwich brownie!
