Seasoned crispy sweet potato fries
The best sweet potato fries are baked low and slow and these are them.
Serves: 4
  • 2 large sweet potatoes or yams
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  1. Wash your sweet potatoes then slice them into medium to thick wedges about a ¼ inch thickness.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all of your sweet potatoes and the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly so the potatoes are all coated.
  3. Once mixed lay on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about one hour depending on how crispy you want them. I turn them midway but not earlier as they might mush if you try to move them.
  4. Enjoy.
