An easy to make crustless Quiche made with fresh ingredients that will add a splash of pizzazz to any brunch, breakfast, snack or lunch.

  • ½ onion chopped
  • ½ pack bacon
  • 5 eggs (including one yolk)
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup strong cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  1. Chop onion, bacon and any vegetables you may have finely
  2. Break 4 whole eggs and a yolk of an egg into a dish
  3. Add the milk, cream and mayonnaise into the eggs and beat well with an electric whisk.
  4. In a pan fry off your onion, bacon and vegetables until the bacon is crispy.
  5. Drain any excess oil onto a piece of paper then add into the egg mixture and stir
  6. Grease your muffin tin if you are using the non-crust and pour gently as not to spill. (if you are using the pre-made flan dishes just pour)
  7. Place in the oven and cook for 20-25 mins until the Quiche springy to the touch.
