Crunchy baked chicken with Greek Tzatziki

If you love the Greek flavours of tzatziki sauce and you enjoy the crisp texture of chips you will devour these crispy chicken breasts marinated in tzatziki.

  • Chicken breasts
  • I tub of Tzatziki Dip
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Potato chips to sprinkle on top for extra crunch (optional)
  1. Take the chicken and place in a freezer bag or large dish
  2. Mix in the Tzatzikii Dip and either leave overnight to marinate or leave in the fridge for 5hrs
  3. Once marinated place on parchment paper and spread on the rest of dip over the top of chicken.
  4. Then top with cheese and chips
  5. Place in the oven and cook
