Crockpot Pulled pork with a Blueberry Teriyaki Sauce

If you want a delicious meal without all the work check out this pulled pork crock-pot recipe with a lovely teriyaki and blueberry sauce.

  • 6 boneless or bone-in pork-chops or a pork roast (if you use bone-in remember to remove the bone from the meat before serving)
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes or crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 onion thinly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  1. Chop onions thinly and add to the bottom of the crock-pot adding one teaspoon of butter on top
  2. Now place the pork-chops on top
  3. The tomatoes need to be crushed with a blender then added to the crock-pot
  4. Add Worcester sauce
  5. Add the teriyaki sauce and blueberries.
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. Mix carefully.
  8. I topped mine with fresh cherry tomatoes and a teaspoon butter
  9. Cook for 6 hours (four on high then the remainder on low setting)
  10. Shred with a fork in the crock-pot
