Dill pickles are great to munch on but if you have a craving for potato chips but don't want all the carbs that go along with them then check out this crispy deep-fried Pickles recipe.

  • 1 large dill pickle
  • 7 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 4-5 tablespoons butter
  1. Slice your dill pickle into about seven ⅜"-1/4" slices
  2. In a bowl grate your fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese then press each pickle slice into the cheese front and back making sure to coat the pickle heavily and tight.
  3. In a deep frying pan crank the heat up to about 8 on your stove dial. Once hot add in your dill pickles and fry for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Flip only once. Less is better.
  4. Add a side of your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy.
