3-Ingredient Keto Condensed Milk Recipe (Sugar-Free)
Making homemade sugar-free keto condensed milk that is silky and creamy takes patience but it will be ready in minutes.

Serves: 1.5 cups
  • 2 tablespoons of salted butter or organic butter
  • ½ cup of ground erythritol and allulose or pick a keto-approved sweetener of choice
  • 2 cups of heavy cream 35% only or 1 can of coconut cream if you want dairy-free
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Heat your pot or pan on medium before you add the ingredients.
  2. Once heated add your butter and sweetener and mix until combined
  3. Slowly whisk in your cream and bring to a soft rolling boil then reduce the heat to 4 or 5 low-medium
  4. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon constantly until you have a thick, smooth and silky condensed milk
  5. Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator or use right away or once it cools
