Quick Keto Garlic Parmesan Bacon Mayonnaise (Baconnaise)
This is a simple 7 ingredient creamy keto garlic parmesan bacon mayonnaise also known as "baconnaise" but with added garlic and parmesan.

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup of cooled and strained bacon grease (bacon fat)
  • ½ fresh lemon squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt or pink Himalayan salt (add more or less to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional)
  1. Add all of the ingredients apart from the bacon grease to a blender
  2. Mix until combined then start streaming the bacon fat from the top of your blender
  3. Combine all of the ingredients on high until fluffy and a thick mayo texture.
