Iced Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee) Keto, Vegan, Traditional
This is Iced Dalgona Coffee made Keto, Vegan and Traditional using all equal parts of sugar, cream and coffee to make the Dalgona whipped cream which is then added to dairy (iced) or black coffee (hot)

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar, sugar substitute or flavoured syrup
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened - Keto) or any other dairy
  • 2 teaspoons 35% Whipping Cream Keto and Traditional or Coconut Cream (Vegan)
  • Ice Cubes if Cold Dalgona Coffee
  • Hot water if Hot Dalgona Coffee
  1. In a bowl add 35% whipping cream or coconut cream, sugar, and instant coffee
  2. Using a whisk or electric hand frother mix until it forms a whipping cream texture (thick)
  3. Hot Dalgona Coffee
  4. In a coffee mug make a black coffee filling ¾ of the way and topping with the dalgona whipped cream.
  5. If you want your black coffee sweeter add more sugar or sugar substitute.
  6. Iced Dalgona Coffee
  7. Fill a mug or glass with ice-cubes and a dairy beverage of choice leaving room to top with the Dalgona whipped cream
  8. Add more sugar or sweetener to the dairy if it is not sweetened already or if you'd like it sweeter.
  9. On top, you can add cacao nibs for a crunchy texture
  10. Serve with a stainless straw
