In fact all this keto egg bake really turns out to be is a giant fluffy pancake in a pan made of only 5 ingredients eggs, cream cheese, almond flour, butter and baking powder.
The baking powder that we stand by and have used for over two years is called the Purest Natural baking powder which is aluminum-free and gluten-free and only costs under $6 a bag.
Not only are you one blender away from this delicious pancake keto egg bake but it’s SO MUCH EASIER to make then having to pour, wait and flip keto pancakes.

How to make Fluffy Pancake Keto Egg Bake
Note: The Egg Bake will deflate once you remove it from the oven and this is normal as it is mainly eggs.
Cut into 8 large slices and serve with your topping of choice.
Total Net Carbs for the entire pan is 4. 7 net grams so each slice of the egg bake is 0.58 net grams.
- 8 large eggs
- 1 block 220g cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- ¼ cup butter softened or one stick
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 for the batter one sprinkled on top before baking
- ¼ swerve sweetener or other sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or other extract of choice ex banana
- Toasted nuts such as sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts
- Sugar-free syrups
- Sugar-free jam
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
- Pour into a 9x11 non-stick baking pan that is greased with a bit of butter
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top springs like a cake
- Note: The Egg Bake will deflate once you remove it from the oven and this is normal as it is mainly eggs.
- Cut into 8 large slices and serve with your topping of choice.
