MAKING THE BEST HOMEMADE CHEESECAKE IS EASIER THAN YOU THINK-SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO IT MY WAY!   A couple who are friends of ours absolutely adore cheesecake so when we invited them over for dessert last week we thought we’d surprise them with this decadent  low carb, sugar-free Salted Caramel Cheesecake. We are also huge fans of cheesecake especially the salted caramel cheesecake but most importantly there must be two things present; Thicker Crust Thick Cheesecake If you can carry out those two aspects of a cheesecake you’ve got yourself a winner. I’m actually quite amazed at how many people think cheesecake is a difficult recipe. That is far from the truth.
